Booking
All services should be reserved through Green Palace Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. in Yangon.

Tour cost
All tour costs are quoted net in US Dollars and subject to change without notice.

Payment
A deposit of US Dollars 50.00 (Per Person) is required within one month after confirmation of the tour. Full payment must be made 20 days prior to the arrival of the clients. Payment can be made by telex transfer to Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB); Add : No. 526/532, Merchant Street, Yangon, Myanmar; Telex : 21244 MICBBK BM;Sating A/C Green Palace Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. (A/C No. FDG-10.0314) drawn on Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB) to be sent under Registered Cover.
Service shall not be provided unless remittance reaches us prior to the arrival of the clients. Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment cannot be made in advance. For tour that are confirmed 20 days before the arrival date, it is advisable for Travel Agents to arrange for cash on arrival to avoid payment in transit.

Fare

Transportation charges  is free from Yangon airport to Hotels in Yangon.

Cancellation
Cancelation shall be effective on the day of the written notice is received. Cancellation fees are as follows :
SUB (Per Person)
- 20 days prior to arrival Nil
- 19 to 15 days prior to arrival US Dollars 25.00
- 14 to 7 days prior to arrival US Dollars 50.00
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival 35% of the tour cost.

Group discount
Tour Leader of a group of 16 members will be given F.O.C in sharing twin room and 50% discount on transfers and tours subject to a maximum limit of three members.

Package tour
Package tour is included meeting and assistance by our tour guide on arrival and transfer, porterage for two pieces per person, escorted city sightseeing and excursion; entrance fees for pagodas and archaeological zones and accommodations at Hotels.
Guide service
All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted and accompanied by our tour guide throughout the tour.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided at the 3 kinds of hotels (A-5 Stars Hotels & B - 3 Stars Hotels in Yangon, Mandalay, Bangan, Inle; C -Standard Hotels). But in the event that it is not possible, every effort will be made for an alternative at another hotels of the similar standard.

Meals
Daily breakfast will be provided at the hotels. Lunch and dinner will be provided at the standard restaurant Beverage will be provided by the clients.

Baggage
Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44 lbs (20 kgs) per person is allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage (or) belonging are not responsible to the company. However, the company will assist for claims.

Refund of unused services
No refund will be given after the commencement of travel for unused tickets, transportation, sightseeing tours, accommodation meals or other services either in part or full according to the programs.

Responsibility
Neither Green Palace Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. nor any person assisting is responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularities sustained by the clients including those occured outside the tour programs.
The company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in other services, accident, sickness, weather, strikes, war and other causes of unforeseen circumstances.
Green Palace Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. may substitute flights with train/ coach services when deems necessary due to circumstances unforeseen (or) beyond its control. However, we will always make full endeavours to keep up the original tour programs and arrangements.
